Frequently asked questions

You will have 24 hours to make changes or cancel an order once payment has been made. This includes changes to delivery address, design or quantities.

There is a 24 hour cancellation period once orders have been paid for, therefore you should expect to wait a minimum of 7-10 working days to recieve your order. 

In some cases, orders may take longer to process and if we expect a delay we will let you know.

We use a range of postal services including Evri, FedEx and Pallet Services. Your dispatch confirmation email will let you know which service we have used and have your tracking information included. 

We can offer a preview of how some of the items will look before printing if requested.

Yes! All of our staff here at Branded Merch Made Easy are humans. Every time you contact us you will be dealing with a real life human being.... unless its a Monday before 10am then you may end up dealing with a zombie :-) 

If, in the unlikely event, you are unhappy with your order we will discuss this with you and find a solution. 

We do not offer any refunds after the 24 hour cancellation period as all items are personalised.

There is a minimum order quantity of 10 on most of our products. Some products have either a 25 or 50 minimum order quantity as we are only able to get our supplies in these quantities. 

Your order should be with you within 48 hours of your dispatch confirmation email (excpet from weekends and bank holidays)

Please email us at admin@brandedmerchmadeeasy.co.uk if you have not recieved your order within 5 working days of your disptach confirmation email and we can look into this for you.

All subscriptions are based on a 12 month period and will be automatically renewed at the end of the 12 months. 

If you wish to cancel the subscription at the end of the 12 months you must let us know at least 2 weeks before the end of the 12 month term. 

If you want to cancel the subscription before the end of the 12 month term there will be a 10% cancellation charge of your remaining agreement amount.

There is a minimum order amount of £300 to be eligible to sign up for a subscription plan.

If you have indicated on your application form that the products and quantities you would like to include in the subscription plan are less than £300, your application will automatically be rejected. 

You may also be rejected if you have previously broken the terms of a subscription plan with us.

Yes of course. We are lucky to have an in-house designer who is able to help create designs using your logo and information. There is a small fee of £15 per design. 

If you would like this service please email us at admin@brandedmerchmadeeasy.co.uk

If you require our design service, we will need you to send us your logo and any other business information you would like to be included in the design.

We will create a design that will be suitable for us to print on all items.

We will send you previews of the design/s we come up with and will work with you to make it exactly how you want it.
